Studio Manager

Deeplocal is seeking a Studio Manager with exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and events planning/programming skills to join our growing team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is based in Pittsburgh and required to be in the office during working hours each day. 

The Studio Manager role reports to Eanna Holton, Manager of Production Assistants at Deeplocal and has a career path into production. The role’s responsibilities span Deeplocal culture, office maintenance, and administrative, with a strong emphasis on programming internal Deeplocal events that are educational, team building, community-focused, and/or celebratory in nature. 

An ideal candidate for this role has planned events before, has a keen sense of what’s cool and what’s trending culturally, has very strong organizational & multi-tasking skills, and possesses a positive, can-do attitude. 

A car and driver's license is also required for this position.

Responsibilities:

Culture

  • Events programming for Deeplocal, including internal & external events such as happy hours, team outings, educational presentations, and more.
  • Booking catering & food trucks
  • Celebrating birthdays and work anniversaries (ordering, pickup, setup, and cleanup for cake day)
  • Tracking and distributing core value stickers

Office Maintenance

  • Ordering office supplies
  • Ordering and stocking office snacks, coffee, tea
  • Making and cleaning up coffee daily, making fresh snacks weekly
  • Ordering kitchen supplies
  • Kitchen stocking, cleanup, running and emptying dishwasher and cleaning out fridges
  • Supply closet stocking, cleanup, and maintenance
  • Primary liaison between Deeplocal and building management
  • Managing key fobs and parking passes, towing unauthorized vehicles
  • Primary liaison between Deeplocal and cleaning crew
  • Ordering cleaning supplies for cleaning team
  • Keeping photocopiers/scanners/printers/etc stocked
  • Checking conference rooms every morning (Ensure hardware powered on, phones working)
  • Shipping and returning of DL supplies
  • First point of contact for solicitors and sales reps

Admin

  • Purchasing – creating POs in NetSuite; managing purchase flow from order to delivery
  • New vendor paperwork flow management including but not limited to NDA’s. New vendor packet, contracts
  • Answering the phone
  • Answering doors
  • Managing planning of company meetings
  • Managing the mail and office deliveries, delivering to individuals
  • Taking and distributing weekly all hands notes
  • Entering C-level expense reports as necessary
  • Onboarding logistics
    • Shipping of new employee swag and technology
    • New employee office orientation
